Chemistry at the Khan Academy - The site posts up tutorial videos based on specific topics.
Chemfiesta - This site offers help for students and teachers, practice sheets, and worksheets with answers.
Inside Sources:
Mole Conversions - Here is a simplified chart to help students with mole conversions. Essentially they just follow the arrows.
Stoichiometry - I show two set ups for stoichiometry and generally students use one set up to understand the concept better and then move on to the other set up. Limiting reactant is covered.
